The Biology of Emotions

Pillar 2 | Micro course 2
The Biology of Emotions

In this micro course, we explore the fascinating biological foundations of emotions—what happens inside the body and brain when we feel joy, fear, anger, love, or sadness. Emotions may seem abstract or purely psychological, but they are deeply rooted in our physiology, shaped by intricate systems that work together to help us survive, connect, and adapt.

In this course you'll learn The Biological Basis of Emotions: Exploring the limbic system, neurotransmitters, hormones, and the brain-body connection

This course is ideal for individuals interested in personal development, aspiring emotional health practitioners, holistic wellness coaches, therapists, and anyone looking to deepen their understanding of emotions for both personal growth and professional practice
