Cultivating Presence 


In this course we'll be  Exploring humanistic psychology’s approach to presence and its role in fostering self-awareness and authentic living.
Barriers to Presence: Identifying obstacles such as multitasking, emotional reactivity, and negative thought patterns that prevent presence.Self-Awareness and Mindfulness: Techniques to develop self-awareness, including mindfulness meditation, breathwork, and body scans.Emotional Awareness and Regulation: Understanding emotions, recognizing unmet needs, and applying emotional regulation strategies.Values and Authentic Living: The psychology of values, living in alignment with core beliefs, and reducing cognitive dissonance.

This course is ideal for individuals seeking personal development, aspiring emotional health practitioners, holistic wellness coaches, therapists, and anyone interested in deepening their understanding of psychological well-being and emotional health.

Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old.
