Communication and Conflict Resolution

Pillar 4 | micro-course 3
Communication and Conflict Resolution

In this course, we’ll explore how to communicate with clarity, honesty, and emotional presence, so that both partners feel heard and understood. We’ll also look at conflict not as a sign of failure, but as an opportunity for growth , learning how to navigate disagreements with curiosity rather than defensiveness. And finally, we’ll examine the role of boundaries: how they protect our well-being, strengthen mutual respect, and create the space needed for true intimacy.

Through a blend of psychological theory, reflective exercises, and practical tools, this module guides you in uncovering the relational scripts that influence your interactions. Whether you seek personal growth or are working toward certification as an Emotional Health Practitioner, this module offers valuable insights into the complexities of human relationships.

This course is ideal for individuals interested in personal development, aspiring emotional health practitioners, holistic wellness coaches, therapists, and anyone looking to improve their understanding of relationship patterns and cultivate healthier connections.
